This event is free and open to the public - Donations to the museum are requested but not required. The museum will be open regular hours (10-4) entry fee to the permanent collection is $12 per person.

The Fly Tyers Roundtable is an ongoing yearly event that assembles a range of well known fly tyers at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum. The afternoon will include plenty of tying, displays, and presentations on flies, bamboo rods, and fine art. Fly tying materials will be for sale and a bucket raffle for additional items will be held.
Bud Weiler son of famed artist Milton C. Weiler will speak on his father’s art work and bamboo rods of the mid to late 1900’s.
Peter Leitner will bring a number of shadow boxes and ephemera from noted figures in the history of fly fishing as well as some materials from George Copper, an icon known as one of the first commercial tyers in the Catskills.
Cliff Schwark 60 year Trout Unlimited veteran who helped found several chapters will recount some of his experiences.
