Summerfest returns to the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum Aug. 3-4, 2019, bigger and better than ever with a few surprises in store.
Attendees who “cross the bridge” will enjoy the following festivities:
• Angler’s Market, a flea-market feel filled with all kinds of fantastic items about angling, lifestyle, arts, crafts and more, Click here to register.
• Casting Competitions that challenge individual casting skills with the Hardy/Royal Wulff Casting Course, The Hardy Cup bamboo distance casting competition.
• All day free Introduction to Fly Fishing casting lessons provided by Dette Trout Flies.
• Kids’ fly tying with the Catskill Fly Tyers Guild.
The weekend begins on Saturday at 9 a.m.; the casting competition starts at 10 a.m.
We will show the Orvis 50/50 on the Water film, stories of parity on the water featuring some of today’s top female anglers.
Saturday, once sales are complete, we will have a cookout with raffles and a silent auction. The cost for the cookout is $10 per person, $20 per family (cookout is free to vendors).
Sunday will be Jubilee Day, honoring those with significant birthdays and membership anniversaries at 2 p.m. Email email@example.com
Vendors and exhibitors may choose locations under the pavilion, in the field tent area, or in the open field. Returning vendors will have priority choice of location when possible.
Exhibitor registration for the two-day event is $85 for CFFCM members and $100 for non-members. Upon receipt of the Registration Form and payment, exhibitors will be sent confirmation with space assignment. Be sure to note a location preference – Pavilion, Tent or Open Field – on the form.
